Guns,Guns,Guns OOH Yeah

« on: December 05, 2009, 09:59:00 pm »

At the gun show this weekend, I met a Gentleman named Jim Deakin, he will be running against John McCain  this election if he gets enough signatures. He was dressed like the rest of us folks, Jeans and respectable shirt, looked just like every other Arizona country gent. One of his slogans was, the 2nd ammendmant is NOT a loop hole.
He was a small businessman, a U.S. Navy Veteran, Conservative/republican. Seemed busy but very nice, firm hand shake too.
I dont have too many problems with McCain myself. Had to use his office once to help with V.A. Problems. But it would appear we have an alternative choice this election, should you not be pleased with the good Mr. McCain. I havent made my choice myself, would like to talk to him some more. Perhaps Ill see him again on Sunday at the show. www.jimdeakin.com for more information. As I said before, Your Vote is yours, ill not try to influence you either way. Just letting you know what I saw.

Right now the race everyone is watching, and the one that should be of the most concern to all Americans, is the Mass. Senate race that will be held tomorrow. The dem there is in trouble, and if the Republican wins it will derail the health care bill by dissolving the dems filibuster proof majority. Pray the republican takes it.  Bill T.

I certainly know what a gun control happy state that was, I had to travel through mass. when stationed in main in the Navy, i was transporting all my guns at the time and was warned about the state police there and the over zealous gun laws. It would be nice to get them on our side. Then we just have to deal with California and Rhode Island.
